Upon arrival to the YANGON airport, you will be welcomed by your station guide and transfer to hotel. Yangon is the authentic and charming city in South East Asia with impressive colonial and spiritual heritage. Start the tour from city center; near SULE PAGODA- built over 2000 years ago and focal point of numerous historical events in the city. Continue through colonial area until Strand Road, we will see Nan Thida Port for River view and have a glance of River life in Myanmar. Lunch will be your own account. After lunch, visit KANDAWGYI PARK AND ROYAL LAKE, experience to see beautifully built KARAWEIK ROYAL BARGE experience and take photos of scenic beauty together with Shwe Dagon pagoda on lake view. Visit 65 meters long CHAUK HTET GYI reclining Buddha image, which was built about 100 years ago originally. Complete our day with a visit to one of the world’s most spectacular monuments, the SHWEDAGON PAGODA, a gleaming bell dome structure that dominates the city’s skyline. Legends state that the scared hairs of the Buddha are enshrined here. The SHWEDAGON is an iconic symbol of the country, a sight not to be missed.

After breakfast, take a circular train is a really great experience in Yangon which has 45.9 kilometer long narrow gauge trains which will stop at 39-station loop connects. If you will take the full circular train it will take 3 full hours. To make your time more interesting and vibrant, we will add up with train and lifestyle of people tour. We will start taking circular train toward the suburb of Yangon and we can experience local people crafts, shops, and houses along the way and people’s daily life-style. After taking the train for over an hour, we’ll hop off form train and will visit one local market and interact with local people. You’ll have an experience to see everyday life of Myanmar people. Just crossing Yangon River by regular ferry, you will have a chance to see very different view and their life style from the city. To explore Dala, we will take trishaw which is a modified bicycles with a wooden seat prepared for two connected with the main body. First we will go through it is very simple neighborhood to see lifestyle toward the local market to observe their products like fish, chicken and fresh vegetables. On the way we will visit some of their shops according to your interest. We will also visit a monastic education which is offering free education for all the students around the neighbor.

After breakfast, drive from Yangon to Bago (1:30-2 hours), on the way you can stop at Htauk Kyant War Cementary during 1942-1945. Visit Kya Khat Wai Monastery where over 500 monks are studying teachings of Buddha scriptures. Visit 114 meter high Shwe Maw Daw Pagoda which was built by Mon Kings and suffered strong earth quakes several times in the history. Lunch will be at local restaurant. Continue driving to the base camp of Kyaik Hti Yoe@ Golden Rock(2 Hours). Take open truck to climb mountain for one hour and then you will arrive to the hill top truck stop. Walk for ten minutes and you will arrive to your hotel. Enjoy sunset from Golden Rock. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel in Golden Rock.

After breakfast, enjoy sunrise from the Golden Rock Pagoda. You’ll have a chance to visit KanBawZa Thardi Golden palace of King BaYint Naung, whom was the most powerful king during 15 century. Inside the palace building, you can see over 600 years old teak wood pillars and royal regalia and famous Martaban jars used by ancient sea-farers. Lunch will be at local restaurant. Continue your journey to Yangon to take the domestic flight to Bagan. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel in Bagan.

After breakfast, start our beautiful morning like local people routing by visiting NYAUNG U market, the biggest market in Bagan region where you will see local people life style, delicious Myanmar foods, fresh vegetables. Visit to Monastic School at Nyaung Oo, learn the local teaching style and have a chat with young student during their class break time. Visit local monastic education school and meet with young novices and school children, and get their beautiful smiles. Continue your journey to HTI LO MIN LO temple with mural paintings and two story temple. Visit MANUHA TEMPLE with 3 Gigantic sitting Buddha images inside a narrow temple, you can see one of the biggest reclining Buddha image from Bagan Period. Visit NAN PAYAR; one of the Hindu temples built out of sand stone carved Brahma posts and decorations from Hinduism. Visit MYIN KABAR GU BYAUK GYI TEMPLE with the finest mural paintings of Bagan preserved by UNESCO, sand stone windows and stucco decorations outside of the temple. Lunch will be at local restaurant. After lunch, visit some of local village life style at PWA SAW. Visit PAYAR THONE SU temples, 3 temples connected inside with the latest painting left from Bagan period. Complete you day with the sunset view on Arrawaddy River by sunset boat.

After breakfast, we will drive to our main destination to Popa, 45 km drive (1.5 hours), an extinct volcano with spectacular views. Its shrine is dedicated to animist spirits known as “nats” and you will have time to climb the 777 steps to the shrine at the top of the peak. On the way to Popa, we will visit local village to learn about local way of life, Toddy Palm Plantation and experience the production of jiggery and other products from Palm tree. Have a taste of those products with local tea or have a try local palm wine and liquor. Enjoy Lunch at the Popa Mountain Resort and have a break after long drive. After a visit and relax, drive back to Bagan.

After breakfast, morning drive from Bagan to Monywa, which is one and a half hour to reach Pakkoku first. At Pakkoku there’s one Buddha image’s throne which is world famous for the best teak wood carving. Layers of wood have been curved for the cost of 60 kg of gold for two years work. We will also visit blanket weaving and leather slipper making cottage industries. We can visit one of the main monasteries of Myanmar where they kept traditional style. Continue driving toward Monywa. Check in to the hotel. After having lunch at a local restaurant, we will start our exploration of the city. Visit Than Boddhae and Bodhi Tataung pagodas, world second tallest standing Buddha image, reclining Buddha image and 9,000 Buddha images sitting under the Bodhi trees. Visit Maha Ledi monastery where they kept over 900 marble stone slabs recorded teaching of Ledi Sayardaw. Overnight at Monywa.

After breakfast, cross Chin Dwin river by Ferry or by own car depending on situation, take 30 minutes drive toward Pho Win Taung. At this place, you can see Myanmar’s unique stone curved structures built for Buddha images, mythological statues, mural paintings and other decorated items. Drive back to Monywa and will visit main Market to see their imported goods from India and their local products. Drive for 3 hours to reach Sagaing, which is one of the religious center of Myanmar since 11 century. Visit Kaung Hmu Daw pagoda built on the style of semi-ciruclar dome. Sagaing is also famous for pottery and silver and bronze casting and curvings. At the shops on the road side you can observe their intricate design crafts are on display to attract their prospect customers. Climb hill by trucks or car. Visit interesting nunneries, U Min thone sei pagoda with 45 sitting Buddha images, Soon Oo Ponya Shin pagoda for panoramic view of Sagaing and Mandalay from Ayeyarwaddy river bank. Drive for onne more hour to reach Mandalay and overnight at Hotel in Mandalay. Meals included: Breakfast

After breakfast, drive to Maha Gandayone monastery where over 1,300 monks and novices are staying and will perform stationary and requisites dana for all monks, novices and trainee novices=Pho thu daw. Visit The world longest teak wood bridge (4,000 feet=1.2 km) called U Bein Bridge. After that enjoy the famous silk and cotton weaving factories of Amarapura where they produced the best and most exquisite Myanmar traditional hand woven silk longies and shawls since the time of Myanmar kings. Continue to Soon Oo Pun Nya Shin pagoda, a panoramic view of Sagaing hills, Ava, Ayeyarwaddy river and Far away Mandalay. Visit U Min Thone Sae Kaung Hmu Daw Pagoda which was built in the form of Sanchi Stupa from Inda. Silver Smith Around the pagoda, local people are selling interesting products from their places, you can see many sellers of Thanakhas=Traditional Myanmar make-up from trees and Kyauk Pyin=circular sand stone to grind Thanakha and many other local products. visit Maha Muni Buddha image, the most revered Buddha image of Myanmar covered with thick layers of gold leaves. Drive through workshops of Marble stone carving and umbrella for Pagodas. Visit Handicraft center where they make beautiful tapestries, traditional puppet, delicate wood carvings and stylish and serene Buddha statues from different materials. Drive back to Mandalay and enjoy your sunset from the view of Mandalay Hill.

After breakfast, transfer to airport for a domestic flight to Heho. Arrive Heho airport, drive to Kalaw and we will visit charming small town called Pindaya on the way to Kalaw. Pindaya is located 48km north of Kalaw and famous with its beauty of historic Poke Ta Loke Lake and Pindaya Cave with countless Baddha images. Proceed to Kalaw, enjoy the beautiful landscapes on the way and visit local market and walk around downtown area before complete your day at the Hotel in Kalaw.

After breakfast, start your journey to Nyaung Shwe. On the way you can visit Shwe Yan Pyay Monastery and Pagoda which was built 100 years ago. Upon arrival to Nyaung Shwe, transfer you to Inle to check in at the hotel. Lunch will be at local restaurant. At Inle lake region, visit one of the five days markets which is rotating around the lake according to their local calendar. We will also have a chance to visit Shan monasteries, floating villages and floating gardens growing tomatoes, flowers and rice fields. You can also visit to local industries of Inle lake, like lotus and silk weaving, floating villages, Long necked Padaung women weaving, famous Inthar boat making homes, Burmese cats , Silver, bronze casting and carving. Dinner will be your own account and overnight stay at hotel in Inle.

After breakfast, start your day with a visit to a local market. Continue full day excursion by boat on Inle Lake will include sights of the famous leg rowers, typical floating gardens, local methods of fishing, village life and magnificent scenery. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant on the lake itself. After lunch continue journey to Inn Thein Pagoda complex which can be found after following a stair path, lined up with magnificent columns on both sides. Pagoda complex with over 1000 ruined stupas built in local shan style architecture and bamboo forest. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

After breakfast, start your day by visiting Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda; the weaving village of Inpawkhon and to one of the local markets in the Inle Lake Region (on market days only). Transfer to Heho for the domestic flight to Yangon. Upon Arrival to Yangon, visit China Town; an open air market with a small unique food stalls. Indian quarter is not far from there with Hindu temple, Mosques and other historic buildings. Continue to JEWISH SYNAGOGUE which was built over 100 years ago by Iraqi Jewish community live in Myanmar. Enjoy your sunset from Kandawgyi Park and Royal Lake.
